As Coders Club, we embarked on this journey to bring together companies that need developers compatible with their company culture, with developers who aim to transfer their competencies in an objective system to the companies they want to be in their team, based on our experience and observations in the sector. Coders Club, which is completely open source coded and creates a score based on the technical competencies of the developers, making it the most efficient and readable for non-technical employers. while companies reach most suitable developers for their search criterias and while developers transfer their skills, they both will keep their profiles up to date.
Free trainings and bootcamps organized by Academy Club have reached over 100,000 people so far. We think that gaining priority in these trainings and being first to be informed will be beneficial in becoming a software developer.
