Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be a key part of our ProdTech team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities
 

• Collecting user insights and being the advocate of the user internally
• Finding best and most affordable way of solving hundreds of user problems while delivering top notch product experiences
• Defining the vision for ProdTech team and our mobile and web products
• Setting up processes to streamline the product development cycle based on different user types
• Being the gateway in between the business team and tech team aligning them around the product vision
• Prioritizing all ProdTech team workload so we deliver value in a timely manner
• Working closely with the design team on delivering a working prototype before development starts
• Own product analytics, setup new events to track everytime a new feature is being released and report on the user behavior continuously
  
   

Requirements
 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internal and external
• Good Understanding of Mobile Product Design and Development
• Experience with Google Analytics - Knowledge of BI Tools (Metabase, Powerbi, Tableau or other is a plus)
• Experience on test & QA processes
• Openness to feedback from all people and parts of the company

• Self starter and self motivated working with a cross functional team

Bonus Skills
 

• Experience with SQL and knowledge of data science best practices
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity to an OKR guided working structure
